Intel 845GEBV2 is a full fledge ATX mainboard featuring the i845GE chipset. A look at the Intel board shows that the Intel board does use Foxconn connectors on board. Foxconn is famous for its quality. An inspection of the board does reveal that it is probably a 6 layer board and it definitely looks more sturdy then most cheaper Taiwanese boards. 

This mainboard features the 845GE chipset is a new chipset featuring integrated graphics with 64MB Dynamic Memory for low cost, high performance graphics. THe board has 6 PCI slots, 1 AGP, 2 DIMMs for maximum expansion.

On top of that, 6 USB 2.0 ports are available (2 at the rear,4 external), There is also the optional Gigabit Ethernet option which is available for Gigabit Ethernet connectivity. On board is the AC97 Audio using SoundMax Cadenza with SPX and stereo microphone input.
