Benchmarking

As we are using a new graphics card ABIT GF4 Ti4200 OTES for all future benchmarks, we do not have any other benchmarks readily available for comparison. Inclusive here is only the benchmarks when we run at DDR333 and DDR400.

Quake 3 Demo 001 (800x600x32)

Looks like the performance in OpenGL Quake 3 seems to be very close to one another. Comparing the  boards, we can see that the difference is merely 1.2%.

3Dmark2001SE Build 330

On D3D, the Intel chipsets performs very well overtaking the SiS 648 board by around 3%. We can see that the Intel chipsets are definitely optimised for D3D applications. Let's see if this is so in the next two categories. The Shuttle box performs close to the Gigabyte GA-8PE667.
