Foxconn C51XE2AA-8EKRS2H NV 590 SLI Mainboard
Benchmarks 2/8
Benchmarks In this test, we measured the CLK used by the boards. All the boards are running in SPD mode with 2 modules of Corsair DDR2-800 running at CAS 5, 5-5-15, 2T. In this "shootout", we have ECS KA3 MVP Extreme based on the ATi RD580 chipset, ASUS M2N32-SLI is based on NVidia's 590 SLI chipset, ASrock AM2V890-VSTA based on the VIA K8T890 CF stepping, ASRock AM2XLI-eSATA2 based on the ULi M1697 chipset and FoxconN C51XEM2AA-8EKRS2 based on the NV 590 SLI chipset. The 5 boards defaults to different frequencies which is all within 1MHz difference. For both Foxconn, ECS and ASUS, the auto overclocking features are turned off. For ASRock the Turbo function is also turned off.
With that in mind, we take a look at the memory benchmark scores using Sandra 2007. As the memory controller is built within the CPU, the differences aren't that great.
