We ran a number of disk tests and found that it works as specifications. For example the read performance shows a steady average speed of 238MB/s and for write, it is 80.68MB/s. For a MLC drive, the spec is up to 250MB Read and 70MB/s of write. Looks like it is quite near to the maximum limit. The Random access time is 10us to 20us for write and read.

File Copy Test

In the file copy test, we copied 5.25GB of files from our Seagate HDD to the SSDnow. Although the speed was pretty fast initially at 45MB/s, it slowly drop to 23.7MB/s when it is close to finishing.
