Benchmarks
CPU
FSB is still a valid and important
criteria when judging systems performance. We measured the
CPU FSB and
documented it as below. Both boards runs at 266.7MHz right on the dot.
The Gigabyte GA-P35T-DQ6 is paired up with 2GB of Samsung DDR3-1066 at CAS
7-7-7-20 while the GA-X38-DQ6 is with 2GB Corsair DDR2-1066 at CAS 5, 7-7-24.
Sandra XII tests
It is very clear that the the results of both
boards are very close to each other. X38-DQ6 seems to perform slightly better
than the DDR3 board. Well the results are still very close though.
