This board suppports Socket LGA775 for Intel® Celeron D® 3xx, Intel® Pentium 4® 5xx/6xx up to 3.8GHz,  Intel Pentium D® 8xx/9xx with Dual core processor up to 3.6GHz, Intel Conroe core processor
533/800/1066 MHz front-side bus, Intel CPU manufactured in 65nm process.

It is based on the Intel P965 + ICH8 (ICH8R for EP-5P965+ GLI only). It come with 4 DDR2-800 slots supporting up to 4GB system memory.

It has HD audio, GbE, 10 USB ports, four S-ATA II ports with up to 300MB/s bandwidth from ICH8
Six S-ATA II ports with up to 300MB/s bandwidth from ICH8R with RAID 0,1 support (EP-5P965+ only)
