6150K8MA-8EKRS is the mATX solution targetting multimedia PCs. Small in form
factor but big in functions. 6150K8MA-8EKRS is based on the new GF6150
integrated chipset. The Northbridge:
nVidia GeForce 6150 and Southbridge: nVidia nForce 430 MCP.

here). This Socket 939
board supports up to 4GB DDR400 memory in dual channel mode and the Socket 939 processors including the
AMD Athlon 64/FX/X2. It is capable of HT of 1GHz and
AMD Cool 'n' Quiet Technology. It supports an external
PCie x16 graphics card and comes built in with a PureVide-CE quality video
processor to acclerate WMVHD video playback.
There are also 2 ATA/133 + 4 ports of Serial ATA
II 3.0Gb/s, RAID 0, 1, 0+1, 5s. Audio wise
it has 7.1 Realtek audio codec. There is a GbE
controller using a Marvell PHY.
The board also uses Texas Instrument 1394a controller. It also can support up to
8 USB 2.0 ports, 4 in rear I/O and 4 more via headers on board using brackets.
There is a also TV-out via cable/bracket.
Although this is
a mATX board, WinFast has incorporated adjustable
bus speeds, Adjustable memory timing
and Adjustable voltages
for Vcore and Vdimm. Considering it a matx board, it can o/c pretty well. Check
