Benchmarks PCmark2004

PCmark2004 tests a number of important items in today's computing world. File Compression, Encryption, Decryption, Audio Conversion, Web Page Rendering, WMV Video Compression, DivX Video Compression, Physics Calculation and 3D, Graphics Memory etc.

It is interesting to see the results of PCMark2004 as it is dependent on disk, graphics subsystems. When we pair it up with a 6600GT, we noticed that the score went down to 4581. When it is paired with a ATi X700Pro, the score shot up to 4753 which is higher than the score of a NF4 with NVidia 6600GT card. Although the scores seems to differ by 200 points, it counts up to around 3% difference.
