Benchmarks - 3Dmark2001SE/3DMark2003

In this category, we test the DX8 benchmark and can see that the X700Pro actually scores better than the same board paired with a 6600GT. The NV pair score pretty well too. Does that mean ATI board with ATI card is faster ?

In 3Dmark2003, we get the opposite result. When we use the ATi X700Pro card with the MSI board, we noticed that the score went down to 7350. The results have been verified many times and it seems that it is X700Pro performance level. That is also probably the reason a X700XT to challenge the 6600GT as they belong to the same market segment.
