Installation

Installation can be a confusing matter if you were to strain your eyes looking at the tiny manual with black & white photos. The manual should have used coloured diagrams indicating the steps in a simpler manner.

No matter what, we managed to get it up and running by first removing the retention unit from our mainboard and installed the coolermaster's provided retention unit. Below is a photo of the socket 754 after the original retention unit is removed.

After installation the heatpipe onto the retention unit, we clipped the sides and installed the fan provided.
