Benchmarking

We checked out Q3 running Demo001 at 1024x768x32 Hi-Quality. We can see the big jump from using the integrated video compared to Tyan R9700Pro card. Comparing the result of 262.5 to the average 300 on the K7S8X or SiS 748 series of boards, it seems that the 741 chipset when paired up with an external VGA card isn't as fast as the 748 discrete chipset.

In Comanche 4 benchmarks, 50.31 is recorded. Comanche 4 needs T&L and can't run the benchmark when using the integrated video.

Comparing to the discrete chipset SiS 748 which scores around 54fps, 50.31 is definitely slightly slower.
