This is not the multiplier control dip switch
but the switch that sets the default CPU type. e.g. FSB200,266,333 or 400
processors.
The infamous Attansic Overclocking chipset
ATXP1. With this chip, all overclocking options are made available within
BIOS. You can now tweak FSB, Multiplier control, vdimm, vddr, vchipset all
within BIOS.
The VRM uses the
RichTek RT9241B controller chip which is the
same two-phase DC/DC controller as the RT9241A but operates at 1/2 of the
frequency (100 KHz instead of 200 KHz).
Cmedia CMI 9739A AC97 Codec is used on board.

four mounting holes around it.
