Benchmarking

We checked out Q3 running Demo001 at 1024x768x32 Hi-Quality. Dual Channel DDR400 seems to be more apparent here with a difference of around 10 ~ 20 fps faster than the i845PE. BIOSTAR frame rates is as close to the EPoX 4PCA3+ at a score of 358.9.

In 3DMark2001SE, again we see some score differences among the boards. In 3Dmark2001SE, the difference between the 4 boards are not so apparent. The difference is within 3%. BIOSTAR is 3rd in the pack but considering the FSB of the boards tested. It is indicative that most Canterwood utmost performance should reach around 16440 on the average.

We can see a similar trend in 3Dmark2003 benchmark. The difference is very small among the Canterwood boards.
