BIOS Settings

In our test, we use NANYA DDR333 module. There are 3 screens that is used to optimise the system performance. Let's take a look at DRAM timing control. Over here, we configured the dram timings. In our case, we set it to 266Mhz, 2,2,5,2,4,8, 1T cmd enabled, fast command to Ultra. The same applies for our DDR333 test, we change SDRAM Frequency to 333Mhz. We did try to optimise it even further by selecting 8 quad word for SDRAM Burst Length but it resulted in lots of problems.

In this screen we enabled FAST WRITE. The rest are disabled. AGP Aperture Size set to 128MB.

The following screen allows you to overclock your system. We disabled Spread Spectrum and selected 133Mhz for our tests. FSB can be set from 100 ~ 220Mhz at 1Mhz intervals. CPU Ratio from 6x ~ 15x at 0.5x intervals.

CPU Vcore : Auto, up to 1.85v at 0.025v intervals. 
DDR Voltage : Auto, 2.6v ~ 2.8v
AGP Voltage : Auto, 1.6 ~ 1.8v
