Gigabyte 7VRXP
Gallery (3) This is probably the most important setup that can be used to tune up the performance. In our tests at DDR266, we enabled TOP performance which automatically locks the SDRAM command rate to 1T cmd. Fast command can be set to Ultra for both our DDR266 and DDR333 tests. SDRAM CAS# latency is set to 2. In our test at DDR333 using Nanya DDR333 module, we disabled top performance and set SDRAM command rate to 2T. Setting 1T command for DDR333 results in instability. The rest of the parameters remains the same for both our testing at DDR266 and async at DDR333. Another overclocking feature can be found under Hardware Monitor Setup. Over here you can set the Vcore to default, +5%, +7.5% and +10%, CPU Host Clock or FSB can be set from 100 ~ 200Mhz. Our default is 133Mhz and the range is from 133 ~ 200Mhz at 1Mhz interval (SW1 is set to off). |
