Summary

RAMBUS is still the best performer among all platforms. SiS645 appears to be the better DDR platform for the P4. At the max. timings, we are able to obtain a score of 1124/1119 which is higher than the ABIT BD7 and DFI NB70. Looks like the memory benchmark, the SIS645 has done quite a good job to compete head to head with Intel 845D. When it's run at DDR333 (200/333), we can see the memory benchmark scores raising to 126x/127x. This is pretty close to what RAMBUS can offer.
