The is the main screen of the BIOS. it gives you a detail look at the processor, bios version, ram used.

ASRock now provides 5 default settings for BIOS. You can run them using the default performance setup with IDE/SATA, AHCI or RAID setting. A new option is the power saving setup default. So it saves you a lot of time meddling with different settings. Just select, save and exit.

In overclock mode, you can select the CPU:RAM to run in SYNC or ASYNC mode or optimised mode. The CPU Freq ranges from 200 - 500 MHz while the PCI  ranges from 100 - 150MHz.

Once you choose manual set up of the multiplier/ voltage change, you can greeted with the above menu. You can choose the multiplier, voltage here.  The CPU voltage can be upped to 1.5626v. The same applies for the North bridge voltage.

Memory clock allows you to set the memory timings and settings to run according to a ratio of the CPU clk

Here are the detail clock settings which can be adjusted accordingly or set to auto for SPD.
