Although MediaCorp HD5 is an upscaled channel simulcast from Channel 5. The image quality is amazingly good. In fact, watching HD5 is an experience. If you were able to watch native HD movies, they will appear better.

One interesting feature of the DVB-T allows you to view the TV Guide of current and upcoming tv programmes across the channels. The above screen shot shows the upcoming programmes on various channels.

The above is not a screen of your PC. it is a screen of your IDTV. There is an option which allows the IDTV M8 to download the latest firmware offair. Over at this software menu, you can switch to previous firmware or use the latest firmware.
