The board comes with 2 PCI, 3 PCIe x 1, 1 PCIe x16 and PCIe x4. At the left hand corner are the connectors for 1394, SPDIF header. You can also see the IO controller chipset and audio codec. Towards the centre is the Marvell GbE controller chip. At the centre, you will see the CMOS battery and on the right is the 8 pin/4 pin +12v connector. The whole board's South Bridge to North bridge and MOSFETs are all covered with heatpipe.

At the bottom left corner you will see the yellow USB connectors for external bracket The TI 1394 controller is just right below the 2nd PCI slot. There are 6 SATAII ports supported by ICH8 and 1 IDE+2 SATA (purple) are supported by the Gigabyte SATA2 chip (which is a Jmicron chip). To the right is 4 DIMM slots supporting 4 DIMM of DDR2-533/667/800 module. The floppy connector is right next to the power connector.

If you notice, the board uses low height all solid capactors. The Conductive Polymer Aluminum Solid Capacitors can take advantage of better electronic conductivity and excellent heat resistance for enhanced system durability.
