In the next few pages, we will present the benchmarks comparing the ASUS EAX1950Pro vs X1950 XTX vs ASUS EN7900GT.

Our test system comprises of the following:

ASUS P5W DH Deluxe with 2GB of DDR2-800. A X6800 2.93GHz CPU is used thoughout the test.
For the EAX1950Pro, it is paired up with ECS PX1 (Intel 965P).

As ATItools does not work and ATi did not provide embedded utilities, we are unable to overclock the card. We will update the results once we get hold of tools to overclock it,

3DMark05

3Dmark05 results are usually a indicator of the performance levels of the graphics card in 3D. From the results, it can be easily seen that the ASUS EAX1950Pro runs at 10545. Although it is slower than that X1950XTX, it is definitely a good card to compare with NVidia 7900GT.

3DMark06

In 3Dmark06, the result is 5145 vs 5317 on the ASUS EN7900GT. If you were to consider price/performance, the ATi X1950Pro is definitely more worthwhile.
