ECS H55H-CM Intel H55 Mainboard
Review
Introduction The ECS H55H-CM mainboard is the latest to
join the fray for the upcoming processor Clarkdale powered by H55 chipset. It is
based on the LGA1156 socket type and support the Core i7/i5/i3 processors. The
board supports Dual channel DDR3-1333 of up to 16GB in total. On board you can
find 1 PCIe 2.0 x16 , 2 PCIe x1 and 1 PCI slot. For storage, the H55 chipset
supports 6 SATA II (3Gb/s) ports. The audio used is a Realtek ALC662 6ch HD
audio codec and GbE is from Intel 82578 Lan controller. While most of the H55
board do away with the LPT1 port, ECS H55H-CM still provides this legacy
support. At the back panel, you can find the PS/2mouse/keyboard, HDMI, D-SUB,
LPT1, USB and audio ports.
