SAMSUNG PRESENTS NEW RANGE OF INNOVATIVE GADGETS
FOR HOME, WORK AND PLAY
Singapore, November 18, 2009 – Samsung Electronics today introduced its year-end
line-up of gadgets for home, work and play across mobile phones, projectors and
home appliances.
To cater to the needs of today’s highly-connected
consumers, Samsung has introduced four new mobile phones which enable users
on-the-go to enjoy greater versatility and freedom to stay connected. The
OmniaPRO B7610, OmniaPRO B7330 and OmniaLITE B7300 are
equipped with high connectivity functions to provide users with mobile business
solutions, while the CorbyTXT offers a full QWERTY keyboard to cater to
youths who frequently exchange text messages with friends.
For entertainment buffs who love to share their favorite videos and images
wherever they go, the new Samsung P410M is the ideal portable projector with LED
technology for superior display.
Finally, for consumers who want their dose of fresh and clean air, the
innovative Doctor Virus is an air purifier featuring Samsung’s Super Plasma ion
(SPi) function, which is able to eliminate up to 99.9 per cent of H1N1 viruses.
Samsung Omnia Pro B7610
This phone was first announced at the CommunicAsia
2009. This phone is more of a business phone that comes with a QWERTY Keyboard.
It is based on Windows Mobile 6.5, thus connecting to exchange, viewing, editing
of Microsoft documents is a breeze. It also has Wifi, HSDPA connectivity for
fast downloads.
Integrated on the phone is a 5 mega pixel camera for work and play. There is
also a FM Radio with RDS. GPS function helps you navigate when you are out for
business trips or holidays. With the TV-out feature, you can connect it to your
TV and show your documents and pictures on a large tv screen.
The Samsung OmniaPRO B7610 will be available from mid-January.
Samsung Omnia Pro B7330
The OmniaPRO B7330 is an upgrade of the B7320. It comes with a larger screen of
320x320. OmniaPro B7330 features powerful messaging functions, quick
Internet access and robust business applications to provide fast mobile
solutions to suit the business executive. Equipped with an ergonomic QWERTY
keyboard, the phone is designed to allow users to type messages and edit word
documents at a significantly faster pace.
With the high-speed connectivity via HSUPA 2.0 and HSDPA, users can access their
emails or surf the Internet while working, editing and sharing their work
documents on the Microsoft Office Suite.
After work, users can entertain themselves with the wide range of multimedia
features while connecting with friends through Facebook and other social
networking sites.
The B7330 is equipped with a 2.62-inch display and measures a slim 10.8mm.
The Samsung OmniaPRO B7330 is now available in
Pearl Black at a recommended retail price of $568 without contract.
