Conclusion Looking at the unit, I would say it is pretty much complete. Although some functions do not work right now. They should all be fixed when it goes into production. The lack of pre-installed applications as compared to the HTC Magic isn't a big issue. Those who requires a PDF reader should know that Samsung already has that sort of applications preinstalled on older D600 phones. The i7500 is thinner than the HTC Magic at 11.9mm. I simply love Ultra thin handphones. The other thing to note is that Samsung uses the microUSB. Although it is a standard, it is very difficult to get such USB charger or PC-link cable at the major computer or electronic chain stores. Kudos to Android, the interface is very smooth at amazing speeds. In terms of specs, apple fans you got to admit, your iphone is inferior. Even the upcoming iphone 3GS is not as good as this android phone. If the price is right, this should be the phone I have been waiting for. |
