Jetway M2A692-GDG (AMD 690G) Mainboard Review - PCMark 2005
Bluetooth 28 Feb 2007

Benchmarks PCmark2005

PCmark2005 tests a number of important items in today's computing world. File Compression, Encryption, Decryption, Audio Conversion, Web Page Rendering, WMV Video Compression, DivX Video Compression, Physics Calculation and 3D, Graphics Memory etc.

PCmark05 gives us an indication on how the system performs with effects from the bus system.

The boards are run using the integrated graphics core. As we can see from the chart below, the AMD 690G has an edge over its older RS485 chipset by approximately 7%. This could be due to the use of SB600 south bridge.

Comparing the three AMD 690G boards, we can see that the Jetway M2A692-GDG leads rest. The only surprise is the ASRock ALiveNF4G-DVI based on NF6100+410, seems to be slightly better in this test.
