No enough voltage for CPU. Increase it with up to +350mV to the VCore	North Bridge voltage can be upped to 1.62v from 1.25v
South bridge default 1.5v can be upped to 1.96v	VDimm can be set to 2.74v from its default of 1.8v
FSB 1.2V can be increase for to maintain stability at high FSB.
