Jetway 965GDAG can be classified as a mid range to high end board depending on how you look at it. Being the first board that incorporates the G965 chipset with Dual PCIe slot, it opens up the options to end users for future graphic upgrades, be it a single card or even for a CrossFire solution.

In terms of specs, the board features pretty neat stuff including a debug led, power on off switches for DIY users. The board also supports the X6800 processor and 4 DIMM slots for memory expansion. The bundle also comes with a Serial ATAAD converter for ATA133 IDE dvices. On borad are 8 ch AZALIA audio and GbE. The famous Vcore 7 shift is also available for those who are into insane cpu vcores. For more bios options please see BIOS gallery here.

With the E6300, the FSB is raised to 3605MHz x 7. 370 didn't POST at all. That is at CPU Vcore is set to 1.49v. This is somewhat a bit discouraging as the cpu is able to go beyond the 500MHz mark on certain boards that we have reviewed based on the 965P chipset.

In conclusion, the board exhibits good performance and good expandability. It is a board of choice for those who intend to wait for future DX10 cards as you can still use it with the integrated graphics core in the G965 chipset. It is also an innovative product as it uses a G965 chipset with Dual PCIe slots. For that we give it an Product Excellence Award.
