Benchmarks - Chronicles of Riddick

Chronicles of Riddick is another game we tested using the two setups. The benchmark is run at 1600x1200x32 with SM = R9700+ mode.

SIS 771 scored 28.52 which is one of the better results among the boards tested. The Gigabyte GA-MA69G-S3H, ASUS M2A-VM HDMI and AMD690GM-M2 all scored 28.53, ECS also scored 28.53 and Jetway scored 28.5. The scores are very closed to one another. This shows that with an external NVIDIA card, AMD chipset (ATI RS690) still performs well. Jetway scored 28.52 which is almost similar to the rest of the boards.

With integrated graphics, the AMD 690G series of boards are too slow to complete the tests. The BIOSTAR TF7050-M2 scored 9.89fps, 6.84fps, 4.43fps at 640x480, 800x600 and 1024x768 respectively.

The ASRock ALiveNF7G-HDReady scored 10.6fps, 7.36fps, 4.78fps at 640x480, 800x600 and 1024x768 respectively. The Jetway M28GT3-PHG scored 10.81fps, 7.51fps, 4.89fps at 640x480, 800x600 and 1024x768 respectively. The EPoX EP-AP68P/G scored 10.94 (640x480), 7.6 (800x600) and 4.94 (640x480) which is slightly higher than this board.

With an external 7600GT, the 7050-630a board scored similarly to the AMD 690G series.
