Samsung SGH-E770
Triband 1.3 mpixel Camera Phone (5)
Conclusion (Pricing) The Samsung SGH-E770 is the little couson of SGH-D600. The major difference is in the form factor and the camera (D600 is 2.0mpixel). Most of the goods of the D600 can be found on the E770 with slimming pills. It incorporates a 1.3 mpixel camera, PiscalViewer, TV-out all into one phone. For the business user, this phone is definitely a good choice as it has all necessary tools built-in. The PiscalViewer is definitely a plus as businessman can now just do their presentation by storing their Powerpoint, Word, PDF, Excel or even HTML files in the MicroSD card or beam it into the storage of the phone through bluetooth. Unfortunately the package did not include any SD or TV out cable. You might have to buy this seperately. In terms of connectivity, Infra red seems to be taken away but you have Bluetooth. That makes transfer of files easier. The bluetooth capability is also easy to use with the various support - Headset, Handsfree, serial port, dial up, file transfer, object push, direct printing. JAR files transfer through the bluetooth is still not so straightforward and you might need some third party software or download it from your own WAP site. The 1.3 mpixel camera pretty good pictures with a bluish stint on the sides. Colour saturation is good but a bit off. The phone lens is in front of the phone making it impossible to use it just like a camera where you can see from the view finder. So, the only choice is to flip open the phone and snap any shots judging from your LCD display. Samsung has the tradition of leaving out the FM tuner which I feel it shoudn't have. Ringtones wise, the phone supports MMF, MP3, AAC, AAC+ ringtones. In our tests, we found that the ringtones is not loud enough. My S410i can do better. Enjoy the music playback of audio files in 3D Surround and 3 different EQ mode at full volume or BT it to your AV headphones. Pros :
