Introduction

ATi announces the availiability of the X1800GTO series of graphics cards at CeBIT 2006. This X1800GTO is the new member of the Radeon X1800 series of cards. It has a 500MHz Core Clk and 1GHz of Memory Clk. Pixel Shader processors is 12 and there are 8 vertex shaders just like the rest of the X1800 family of cards.

As you probably know, ATi's card has been well known for its clarity in video. The X1800GTO series incorporates whth Avivo video and display technology which improves the video quality. The card also comes with ATi Rage Theatre chipset for video processing. It also supports hardware playback of H.264 HD video. With a CrossFire edition X1800, you can pair this card and do CrossFire to improve the graphics performance.
