Introduction

ATi entry level X1300 Pro is ready to steal some market share from NVIDIA 6600 market as it is the first entry model to incorporate support of CrossFire technology. Just like the 6600 series that can be paired up with the NF4 SLI board, a pair of X1300 Pro Bravo Edition can be paried up with any ATi RD480 based board for CrossFire.  This will greatly improve the performance by up to 70% from a single card solution.

As you probably know, ATi's card has been well known for its clarity in video. The X1300 series incorporates whth Avivo video and display technology which improves the video quality. The card also comes with ATi Rage Theatre chipset for video processing. It also supports hardware playback of H.264 HD video in contrast to playback of WMVHD on NVIDIA 6600GT which the Purevideo driver needs to be purchased seperately.
