DOOM3 DEMO001

First we test a single card and ran it at default clk. The card is run in two resolutions at 1024x768 and 1280x1024 in normal, 4xAA+8xAF and 6xAA+16xAF. Below are the scores obtained.

Next we test two cards in CrossFire mode. The cards are ran in two resolutions at 1024x768 and 1280x1024 in normal, 8xAA+8xAF and 14xAA+16xAF. Below are the scores obtained. Noticed that in CrossFire mode, the AA mode is 8x and 14x.

From the scores, it is not difficult to see the benefits of CrossFire. 65.8 vs 43.6 , 41.7 vs 27.3, both gave ~ 50% boost in performance. This scores are very close to what a single 6600GT can obtain which is approx 75fps at 1024x768.
