PCmark2005 tests a number of important items in today's computing world. File Compression, Encryption, Decryption, Audio Conversion, Web Page Rendering, WMV Video Compression, DivX Video Compression, Physics Calculation and 3D, Graphics Memory etc.

PCmark05 gives us an indication on how the system performs with effects from the bus system.

The benchmark is run and it scored a high of 5152. So far, only ECS KA3 MVP, ABIT AN9-32X and Foxconn C51XEM2AA-8EKRS2H has gone above this score. A 550 MCP challenging its own 590 SLI!!
