Gallery The board comes with 2 PCI, 1x PCIe x4, 1 PCIe x8/x16 and 1 PCie x 8 slot. For a single graphics card, it should be inserted into the slot nearest to the north bridge at the centre of the board. For crossfire of Dual 8x mode, the two cards should be seated on the two right most PCIe slots. On the rear are the audio codec and GbE PHY. On the right you will see the CPU socket with power connectors. According to specifications, it is recommended to use a 600W PSU when the board is paired with a P4 EE processor. Near the bottom of the board, you can see 4 DDR2 slots supporting up to DDR2-800 modules. On the bottom left hand corner of the board are 4 SATA II with NCQ ports supported by south bridge ICH 7. These ports will work in RAID 0,1,5 and 10. The AHCI provides native hot plug capability too. The ICH7 also support another IDE channel. Another 4 SATA I ports are supported by Silicon Image controller Sil 3114. The Sil 3114 host controller supports software RAID 0,1,10. The back panel consists of PS/2 Keyboard and Mouse, GbE, 1394, 4 USB ports, audio ports and optical out.
