In this category, we tested 3Dmark03. Although the ECS PF22 runs at a high clk speed, something is still common, PCIe bus is still fixed at 100MHz. Furthermore the ECS PF22 runs on a configuration of 4 x + 16x whereas the INtel D975XBX runs at 8x+8x. From the chart, we can see that the Intel D975XBX is definitely much faster by almost 300 points.

In 3Dmark2005, the same situation happens. The Intel D975XBX performs much better with a Dual 8x CrossFire compared to the ECS PF22 Extreme based on the i955x chipset.
