It comes with 4 DDR2-533/667 DIMM slots supporting up to a maximum of 16GB of memory. In terms of expansion slots, the board comes with 3 PCI, 2 PCIex 8 and 2 PCIe x 1. When in SLI mode, the SLI will function in Dual 8X mode. it is surprising that ECS fix it such that even in single slot mode, it will only run in 8x and not 16x.

Behind the PCI slot is the audio codec and a optional Fast Ethernet chip (optional). You can also see the Marvell GbE PHY right behind the orange PCIe slot.

On the bottom left of the mainboard are the yellow USB 2.0 connectors for external brackets. There is one IDE channel and 4 SATAII ports supported by the south bridge. At the centre is the north bridge and next to it the CPU socket. Below it are the 4 channels of DDR2-533/667 slots.

At the rear of the mainboard are the PS/2, Keyboard, S/PDIF, LPT1, COM, GBE, 4 USB, audio ports.
