Memory Maxmemclk can be set to DDR2-400, 533, 667 or 800. For overclocking, it is best to restrict the memory clk to DDR2-400 so that the memory will not be limiting your o/c In DRAM configuration, you can set the various settings like CAS Latency, trp, trcd, tras, 1t cmd timing etc in this page. in our test, we use SPD and it will be CAS 5, 5-5-15 2T.
LDT bus frequency basically means the HT multiplier. In this case, it should always be around 1GHz. So, it is advisable to lower it if your CLK goes higher than 230MHz. 1GHz=5x, 800MHz = 4x, 600MHz = 3x, 400MHz = 2x and 200MHz = 1x. So, if your clk is 230MHz, 230x5 will exceed 1GHz. setting it to 4x (800) will be a better choice. CPU Multiplier can be set from 4x to 10x with our 4000+ Processor. Different CPU might give show different multiplier range.
Vid = Vcore for the CPU can be adjusted up to 1.40v for our 4000+. This might not be enough for it to o/c to 2.9GHz (290x10).

Hypertransport (CPU) voltage can be added for more stability during o/c
