Benchmarks PCmark2005

PCmark2005 tests a number of important items in today's computing world. File Compression, Encryption, Decryption, Audio Conversion, Web Page Rendering, WMV Video Compression, DivX Video Compression, Physics Calculation and 3D, Graphics Memory etc.

PCmark05 gives us an indication on how the system performs with effects from the bus system.

From the results, we can see that the ECS KA3 MVP does perform pretty well against the 590 SLI board. This is probably due to an improved South bridge IXP600 on the ECS KA3 MVP Extreme as improvements in disk access does play a role in the final results.
