MoDT (S479) Intel 945GT Review Benchmarks 2/10
Benchmarks
Pairing up with a Intel® Core™ Duo processor T2300 65 nm 2MB L2 1.66 GHz 667 MHz 31W CPU, we tested the board with a couple of benchmarks. First, we check out the FSB of the system. The CPU is recognised and ran at 166.7MHz with a multiplier of 10x. We tested the board with its internal graphics and external paired up with the Gigabyte Silentpipe II 7600GT for a complete quiet system. As we were using a pair of Corsair DDR2-800 module (1GBx2), these modules booted up without problems. Although SPD indicates that is should run at CAS 4, DDR2-667, the bios seems to have FIX the CAS latency to 5. Thus we ended up running the board in ASYnc mode DDR2-667 CAS 5, 5-5-15 as reported in CPU-Z. Below are the memory benchmark results of the board running at DDR2-667 with the integrated graphics and external graphics card. Next >>>
