In the game DOOM3, the boards are again tested using a single and dual configuration. The scores are quite apparent that the ULi M1697 chipset performs just as good as the NF4 SLI. As we have seen in previous tests of the 939SLI-eSATA2, the results seemed to skew upwards for the NF4 SLI+NV6600GT card when a 81.98 is used, the difference can go up to 10fps. This is somewhat strange as 939SLI32-eSATA paired up with 7800GTX in single and SLI mode did not exhibit results that are too far off.

From the chart below, the results are 87.2 vs 88.9 and 71.4 vs 74.2. The differences aren't that apparent.
