Nokia 6680 WCDMA/ GSM
900/1800/1900 Symbian Camera Phone (5)
Conclusion Based on the Symbian OS, the Nokia 6680 has made some improvements over previous Symbian phones. Gone are the days of Mono audio playback. Now you can enjoy the true stereo of MP3 and AAC playback through ear piece. Although stereo is in, FM Tuner is out which is really a pity. The phone also comes with 2 cameras, one for taking pictures and the other for video call use. You can also use the internal camera for taking self-portraits. Being a Symbian phone, this phone has a vast range of ready applications available. Together with the number of Java applications available, it makes the phone the ultimate platform for developers. Additional applications can be bought online when necessary. The phone also comes with an external 64M RS-MMC card which allows you to store video captures and images. Transferring of images and ringtones is made easy by copying files directly into the card's folders from a PC card reader that supports it. Bluetooth is there too for easy file transfers. With its 1.3mpixel camera, you can take pretty good pictures and short video clips by just sliding down the cover. Although the phone seems perfect, playback of streaming video clips are clear though playing back in full screen seems pixilated. I just hope that Nokia implements all the missing features to make it more perfect like the 3230. Pros :
