Samsung E600 Triband GSM 900/1800/1900 Camera
Phone Review (3)
Multimedia The built in camera can take shots at various resolutions. There is a Night Mode and Effects allows you to take pictures with add on effects like Black & White, Negative, Sephia, Solarise. There are various interesting frames which you could use to add fun to your photos. You can also take video recording using the built in camera. The video is stored in MJPG format. The camera does not come with flash light which makes pictures taken in dim environments not as good as those taken under sunlight. Ringtones The ringtones are exceptionally loud. It uses the Yamaha MMF format and supports 64 chords. You can embed voice into MMF using the PSMplayer if you know how. This phone does not support Mp3 ringtones. Connectivity This phone has 11MB of storage and there is no external expansion capabilities. You can transfer ringtones , images into the phone via the infra red port through a infra red port with the EasyGPRS software which can be downloaded from the Samsung website. The package does not come with a data cable which can be used to transfer ringtones and images to the phone. Java cannot be transferred into the phone through Infra Red. The only way is to download them via a WAP site which can be quite troublesome. I just hope Samsung will enable easy transferring of ringtones, images, java all via the infrared port without the need of PC software. That would really makes it easier for users to share the good stuff in their phones. It is also a pity that Samsung hasn't implemented Bluetooth on phones. I am not sure if there is in the plans but i definitely hope so. |
