Gigabyte GA-K8NXP-9 NF4 Ultra Socket 939 Mainboard Review 3/8
Bluetooth 14 Nov 2004

Benchmarks PCmark2004

PCmark2004 tests a number of important items in today's computing world. File Compression, Encryption, Decryption, Audio Conversion, Web Page Rendering, WMV Video Compression, DivX Video Compression, Physics Calculation and 3D, Graphics Memory etc.

GA-K8NXP-9 scores 4723. This result is interesting because the memory used is 1GB as compared to the rest of 512M. Moreover, it uses a SATA high performance NCQ enabled HDD as compared to the rest which are using Maxtor IDE HDD.  If we were to compare with the 9NDA3+, yes there is an improvement. Would this score be due to other factors?

If you look at the P4 3.6E with 1GB of RAM, it only scored 4543 in contrast to 4723 on our K8NXP-9.
