Benchmarking

We check out the results for ZD Benchmarks using MCCWS2003 and BWS2002. This is a set of applications that tests the performance of the system in desktop applications and multimedia software

MCCWS 2003 tests the system with a bunch of CPU intensive multimedia applications. As we can see from the chart below, the difference is not really that much compared to the dual channel board. A 1.21% difference is recorded.

BWS 2002 tests the system with commonly used Business Applications. It is surprising that during both tests with integrated or with external vga card, the 8TRS300M performs very well in this category scoring a high of 36.2 and 36.6.

In BWS 2002 tests, the difference isn't that much as compared to the i848P and 865PE boards.
