Benchmarks

Front Side Bus is still a valid and important criteria when judging systems performance. We measured the FSB and found that the ABIT AV8 runs at 200.9. How would that affect the results ?

CPU Used : Athlon FX-53 with 2 x 256MB Kingston DDR400 modules.

Next we used a pair of Kingston CAS 2.5 8-4-4 modules, forced it to CAS 2, 11-2-2 and ran Sandra memory benchmarks and other benchmarks. The benchmark scored 6046/6089. Among the three boards, it seems that this board exceeds the scores we benched for the two VIA K8T800Pro boards so far.
