The board comes with a North Bridge (915P) and a South Bridge (ICH6R). On the north bridge we see a passive heatink which is attached to the chipset with thermal pad.

On the left you see 4 PCI and 2 x1 PCI-E and 1 x16 PCI-E for graphics adaptor. On the right you would see the powre connectors, the Socket 775. (The backet is part of Gigabyte heatsink). The Marvell 88E8001 controller is located rigth below the x1 PCI-E slot which supports 1Gb Ethernet with Auto MDI/MDIX and Virtual Cable Net-Diagnostic support

On the bottom of the board is IDE RAID connectors (purple). 4 SATA ports with RAID support, BIOS, DEBUG LED. There are also 4 DIMM slots supporting Dual Channel DDR400.
