First look - Albatron K8 Ultra U Pro

Albatron K8Ultra-u Proboard is based on the single K8 chipset ULi M1689 and it supports the AMD Athlon 64 Socket 754 processor. With a single chipset, latency is reduced. As it integrates the most important features only, it generates less heat compared to the NF3 or NF4 chipset.

It is equipped with 4 PCI, 1 AGP, 2 SATA (RAID 0,1), 2 IDE, 1 floppy, 2 DIMM slots (up to 2GB DDR400). It also supports 6 ch audio, Fast Ethernet and external USB 2.0 extensions.

Although the board looks basic, it comes with overclocking features e.g voltage adjustments for DDR, Vcore. Multiplier, FSB and FIX PCI is adjustable as well.
