The Battle For Middle-Ground - Nokia 7250 vs. SE T610 by Chris "ngws" 26th June 2003 Others & Conclusion To round off the features list, the NK 7250 retains the FM stereo radio and fabulous loudspeaker, inherits the wallet feature from the NK 6100 and added security for WAP users. The SE T610 comes with a WAP 2.0 compatible browser, customizable shortcuts and a POP3 email client. One notable flaw to note is the ever fluctuating RF on the T610. I thought the P800 is bad enough but it's disheartening to see the T610 continuing the tradition! Both phones are more or less equal with both camps catering to different needs of the end-users. The SE T610 is more of a serious business phone with the workhorse in mind or someone with the extra dough to indulge in a miniature BlueSpoon earpiece. The NK 7250 is a funky and attractive piece of fashion statement with just enough ammo that appeals to virtually everyone. So which one should you buy? As the market accelerates toward mass reality of 3G, I am somewhat disappointed that my 'ideal' phone isn't here yet. The SE P800 is close but has some glaring flaws and to some quarters, it's not even a phone! It's a PDA/phone hybrid! For the purist, the SE T610 should be on your shortlist together with the NK 7250. IMO, either one will make you happy but ultimately it depends on what you really need.
