Benchmarking

We checked out Q3 running Demo001 at 1024x768x32 Hi-Quality. In this category, the SIS 748; a single channel DDR solution lost to the nForce2 platform. This is to be expected. We see that the EPoX 8RDA3+ scoring by about 7.4%. In fact, we are in the midst of testing some other nForce2 boards and we noticed that not all nForce2 boards performs as fast. Thus the average results should still be slightly better than the SiS 748.

In 3DMark2001SE, the scores are 15827 vs 16266. Although the numbers seems to be around 439 points. That actually translates to a 2.7% difference between the two platforms.
