BIOS version : 2nd Apr
2003. Phoenix BIOS. Similar to
the EPoX 8RDA+ BIOS, you can select System Performance to Aggressive,
Optimal or Turbo and Expert mode. In Expert mode, you can configure
all the ram timings and fsb frequency.
Memory Frequency can be set to 100% which
mean 1:1 CPU:MEM ratio synchronously. As we use a AXP3000+ (Barton 400mhz
model), we set it to 200Mhz for FSB and memory frequency to 100%. Ram
timings are set to CAS2, 6-2-2 which is reasonably stable provided we
pumped up the Vdimm voltages.
FSB Range : 100 ~ 250Mhz 1Mhz
stepping
Multiplier : 3x ~ 24x at 0.5 interval |
As 8RDA3+ is meant to be a
overclocking board, it allows you to set various voltages for CPU, AGP
DIMM and chipset voltage. |
