Benchmarking
We conduct the usual tests on the setup with
the following configuration :
Test System:
- Intel Pentium 4 ES 1.5Ghz + provided
heatsink/fan
- IBM 13.5GB ATA100 7200 RPM HD
- 256MB Nanya DDR333 DDR CAS 2.5
- 16X ASUS DVDROM
In our tests, we set the RAM at CAS2 Ultra
timings and run the system under 200/266 mode. The following screen shots the WCPUID of
the frequency of the FSB. It is 0.4mhz below the 100Mhz.

Due to the fact that the mainboard is a SiS650
board that has integrated video, this might be the reason why the content
creation results are slightly slower than the rest of the SiS645 boards. In
fact, we wanted to test it at DDR333 as the option 3:5 is available. What we
have is a yellow exclamation mark in device manager under the Primary IDE
controller. Although it runs, CC Winstone and Disk Winmark results fell almost
by half. Since DDR333 is not really an official standard, we decided to leave it
out and concentrate our report based at async DDR266. I think a new BIOS might
be able to resolve the conflict when running at DDR333 mode.
